Hi my name is Danial Semar. I've lived in a lot of amazing places in my life and I've done a lot of fun things for a living. I've spent 15 years of my life touring the country with the Professional Bull Riders as an entertainment technician.
I landed in Real Estate more on a bet than anything, but wow did it ever change my life! I found that I loved helping people sell their homes! I got hungry to learn more about it all, and I dove deep into learning how to properly price homes to get them to sell quickly and bring the most profit. I've taken appraisal classes, I continuously study the local market area and it's pricing trends, and I'm always talking to folks and getting a feel for where our market area is headed.
